Refund Policy


At Delta One Digital LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality electronics repair services and products. If you are not fully satisfied with a service or purchase, please review our refund policy below.


  1. Service-Based Refunds

a. Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic services are non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

b. Repair Services

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on basic repairs and up to 60 days warranty on advanced repairs.

If a repaired device shows the same issue within the warranty period:

We will re-perform the repair at no additional cost, or

If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a partial or full refund, at our discretion.

Note: Refunds are not issued for issues unrelated to the original repair, accidental damage after service, or user-inflicted problems.


  1. Product Purchases (Parts & Accessories)

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Opened, used, or damaged items may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

Special order or custom parts are non-refundable, unless defective.


  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For in-store payments, refunds may be issued via cash or store credit, depending on the payment method used.


  1. Cancellation Policy

Service appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee, especially if a technician has been dispatched or parts have been ordered.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return request if:

The issue falls outside our service warranty

The product has signs of tampering, misuse, or unauthorized repair

Requests are made after the refund/return window has expired
