When you submit a device for repair, you agree to the following:
We will perform diagnostics and provide a repair estimate.
No work will begin without your approval.
You authorize our technicians to handle your device and perform necessary services.
You agree that any data not backed up before service is at your own risk.
- Warranty and Liability
Most repairs come with a 30 to 60-day limited warranty, covering parts and labor related to the original repair.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage post-repair
Water or liquid damage
Issues unrelated to the original repair
We are not liable for data loss during repairs. It is your responsibility to back up data before service.
- Payments
Payment is due upon service completion or product purchase.
Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments.
Prices may vary based on device condition and market cost of parts.
- Device Storage & Abandonment
Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after repair completion are considered abandoned. Delta One Digital LLC reserves the right to recycle or dispose of such devices without further notice.
